Through the 1990s and early 2000s the firm expanded its services to include structured finance, asset management advice and corporate governance. This period established EQUITY LAW-FINANCE as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, family offices and financial institutions.
Liechtenstein Office & Cross‑Border Work
To better serve international clients and private wealth mandates, EQUITY LAW-FINANCE opened a second office in Liechtenstein in 2011. The presence in both Munich and Liechtenstein strengthened our ability to handle complex, cross‑jurisdictional mandates in finance and corporate law.
