In the field of insurance law, we have advised and represented a number of prestigious German insurance companies for many years, above all in distribution law, structuring legal arrangements with insurance intermediaries, personal liability insurance (including motor vehicle third-party liability and third-party liability cover), as well as insurance of property, and persons.

We advise and represent policy holders as well, especially in insurance of persons (life insurance, accident insurance, occupational disability insurance), property insurance (insurance of buildings, content and building insurance for companies against damage from fire, burst pipes, hail, storm and theft) and third-party liability insurance (vehicle, private and public liability insurance), provided that there are no conflicts of interest in the specific case with an insurance company which we represent.
